Barcelona Day 3 - Last Day

Ahh, last day blues. We decided to just take it easy today to relax before our flight back. Donuts from our favorite neighborhood spot, and a walk to the park, Parc Ciutadella. The arch reminds me of both arches in Paris and Washington Square Park of New York. We just laid out on the grass and I admired my new piece of jewelry that Thomas got me to remember our trip from :)

Lunch was at Divercub S.I., which I just found out, has permanently CLOSED! This is extremely sad news as it holds such delicious memories here with my dear love. We walked along the beach until we decided on this spot that was tucked away, but still overlooking the waters. We managed to snag a spot after being turned away, the host was kind enough to call me back and let me know he would be able to seat me on a shared table until one opened up. Such joyous times to enjoy a white sangria, amazing food, and spectacular views.

After the cab ride home, Thomas suggested a bit more last minute shopping. And last minute shopping we did!! (I did!!) I’ve been eyeing this Gucci purse for awhile, and decided, when in Barcelona! (or did the white mimosa decide that for me, ha!)

I’ve yet to wear it outside yet, it hasn’t left its dust bag, actually since we’ve arrived home, now almost one year later. But it’s a forever piece I’ll have and love, and cherish.

Thanks for joining along, all these Europe vacation travel posts are about to reach its one year anniversary. I’ll figure out a way to somehow re-live it again.

Thank you my love, Thomas for being the best travel company I could ever ask for, I love you so much and cheers to more in the years ahead!

xoxo,
